I have to give you a big compliment - the food was delicious. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The Italian temperament is definitely recognizable! They also gave me great advice on my pizza choice. I will definitely order from you more often and I hope that we can eat in your restaurant in the future. Keep it up!! ☺️

Called and ordered, an hour later 3 pizzas should be ready. But they weren't. Still have to be done, you would be stressed out with 2 guests. So, and that's it for now. No "take a seat", no "what do you want to drink", I was just left standing while the lazy staff sat around, had a beer and talked to each other. My order for a drink was ignored and there was no information about when the pizzas are ready. After 35 minutes the pizzas were still not ready, the staff was still chattering and I left. If you and the lazy staff don't need customers, keep going, that's exactly why you have this reputation in Kalterberg!

My first experience with the pizzeria: Pre-ordered a pizza at 5 p.m. for 6 p.m., when it arrived at 6 p.m. the pizza wasn't even prepared My second experience with the pizzeria: Called and pre-ordered ONE Pizza Salami for 7am (7pm) SEVEN pizzas served I made it really clear on the phone and said several times "a pizza for 7pm", I was really sorry for the loss of earnings but at some point it is good too. My third experience with the pizzeria: Pre-ordered pizza by phone, came to the store. Staff sat together at one table, there was nobody behind the sales counter, the restaurant was empty except for the staff (and friends?). They told me the time of day and then left me at the counter for about 3 minutes and the conversation continued calmly, my pizza was ready. In terms of taste, the pizzas are good, but there are other issues.

Here you can eat super delicious! "The house recommendation pizza" Hollandaise with turkey strips and broccoli "🥰 I think will be my new all time favorite. The casserole was delicious too! In addition, the pasta was made fresh. Very nice staff and very child friendly We'll be back soon, "if Corona allows it", thank you very much.

Very friendly and warm. Pizza and pasta were delicious. If we go on vacation in the area again, we'd love to come back!

Over 30 minutes waiting time for two servings of pasta outside the house with hardly any audience, about a handful. Food is okay but poor yield for the price! In addition, there was a bad mood among the employees, we felt somehow uncomfortable, sorry! Our first visit there, and probably also (probably) the last ...

The pizza was delicious, but for the price it was very thin. The salad was unfortunately prepared as in a bad snack, here you should remember that the eye also eats;) A little imagination and more effort. The taste was good. The waiting time was too long and the waitress was not very sociable, we would have liked to have a drink during the waiting time, but were ignored until they called.

Super tasty pizza and nice service!

On a visit to Kalterherberg, we treated ourselves to 2 pizzas and two salads. Seeeeeeeeeevery long waiting times, the ambience has nothing to do with Italy, the service was not very accommodating, that Food is ok, but the salad is not visually appealing. He looked like someone had vomited sauce over it. The prices are just too high, we are talking about a small village pizzeria and not a luxury restaurant.
